Care Assistant / Support Worker

STATIM Healthcare Ltd are currently recruiting experienced Care Assistants for ad-hoc shifts within care settings across South East England.

✅ MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have:
* Minimum 6 months’ Care Assistant experience in England, including previous experience working in a UK care-home setting.
* Right to work in the UK – minimum 20 hours and above
* Good communication skills
* Ability to provide person-centred care
* Reliability and flexibility to work ad-hoc shifts
📋 MANDATORY TRAINING — ALL WORKERS
All workers must have completed the required training, including:
* Care Certificate — all 16 standards
* Moving & Handling Practical
* Emergency First Aid
* Complaints Handling
* RIDDOR / Incident Reporting
DESIRABLE
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
* Dignity & Respect Training
