The Role:
As a Personal Care Support Assistant, you will provide a combination of educational and care-based support to students. Your key responsibilities include:
Following clear instructions and task requirements effectively
Retaining and applying important information using visual and auditory memory
Providing personal care support to students as needed
Creating a positive and engaging environment that supports student learning
Assisting in planning and delivering classroom activities
Offering 1:1 or small group support to students with a variety of needs
About You:
Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
Experience working with children in educational or care settings
Reliable and able to commit to regular working hours (full-time or part-time)
Hold a valid DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one)
