1. Essential Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a bartender, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel, upscale bar, or restaurant.

Proven experience with cocktail preparation, bar service, and customer interaction.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, spirits, and beers.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

*

Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a busy, high-end environment.

*

Basic cash handling and POS system experience.

Appearance & Conduct:

Well-groomed, professional appearance suitable for a luxury hotel setting.
