* Qualifying Needs: Ask gentle questions to ensure the prospect is a good match for our services.
* Answering Questions: Professionally guide prospects through initial inquiries or common hesitation.
* Booking Visits: Successfully schedule interested prospects for site visits with our operations team.
* Simple Record Keeping: Accurately update basic contact details and log call outcomes in our easy-to-use CRM system (basic computer literacy is required).
Compensation Package
* Reliable Base + Bonuses: A steady, guaranteed hourly base rate, paired with extra bonuses for every qualified meeting you book.
* Earnings: £12,480/year (Part-time, 2-3 days) with an uncapped bonus structure that can significantly boost your take-home pay.
