This role plays a key part in supporting the business by managing budgets, analysing financial data, and providing insights to aid decision-making.

Monitor budgets and provide variance analysis to support decision-making.
Produce financial forecasts and reports to assist in strategic planning.
Collaborate with other departments to support financial performance and cost control.
Oversee month-end and year-end processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Assist in audits by preparing relevant documentation and responding to queries.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions where appropriate.
Support the wider finance team with ad-hoc financial projects and tasks.Profile
A successful Senior Management Accountant should have:
Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience in the field.
Strong financial analysis and reporting skills, with attention to detail.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
A proactive approach to identifying and solving financial issues.Job Offer
Salary ranging from £34,000 to £40,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Hybrid working available after six months (three days in the office, two days from home).
24 days of annual leave plus your birthday off.
Working hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday, with a early finish on Fridays.
