We’re looking for a commercially minded, people-focused Account Director to oversee a high-profile venue and drive outstanding food, service, and operational performance.
You’ll lead a talented onsite team, manage full P&L, and work closely with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences across retail, events, and hospitality. With a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, you’ll spot opportunities, improve standards, and inspire your teams to deliver their best—every day.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading and developing onsite teams
Owning financial performance and driving growth
Enhancing customer and stakeholder relationships
Overseeing food, beverage, conference, and event operations
Championing health, safety, and a positive workplace culture
