We are always seeking enthusiastic and confident Year 5 Teachers to join our pool of dedicated educators supporting primary schools across the Grantham area. Ideal for teachers looking for flexible opportunities, long-term placements, or new challenges in upper KS2.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons aligned with the Year 5 curriculum
Support pupils' academic progress and wellbeing
Maintain strong classroom management and create a positive learning environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership
Contribute to planning, assessment, and wider school life where required
Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS (or completing ECT induction)
Confident teaching KS2, particularly Year 5
Strong communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills
Adaptable, reliable, and passionate about helping pupils succeed
