A friendly and supportive Primary School in Manchester (M40) is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join their team for the summer term, starting Monday 13th April. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a well-established class within a welcoming school environment.

The Role:
Full responsibility for teaching and learning in a Year 1 class
Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Managing behaviour in line with school policies
Working closely with teaching assistants and senior leaders
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (Year 1 desirable)
Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Be organised, proactive and enthusiastic
Commit to high standards of teaching and pupil progress
