Wraparound Care Manager Required - Primary School

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced school administrator, office professional or education support professional looking to take on a key operational role within a friendly and nurturing school environment. The role is available for an immediate start and has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Whilst the role includes oversight of the wraparound provision, the school's main priority is finding someone with strong administration and management experience within a school setting, as a significant part of the role involves managing bookings, processing requests and coordinating the smooth day-to-day operation of the provision.

The Role
As Wraparound Care Manager, you will be responsible for the administration, organisation and management of the school's wraparound care provision, ensuring the service runs efficiently and effectively for pupils, parents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the day-to-day administration of the wraparound care provision
* Processing bookings and managing attendance records
* Handling voucher and childcare scheme requests
* Using Arbor to maintain pupil records, bookings and communications
* Liaising with parents regarding bookings, payments and enquiries
* Supporting the operational management of the before and after-school provision
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with school procedures
* Supporting safeguarding, welfare and health & safety requirements
* Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff
* Supporting the wider administration and organisational needs of the school where required
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 11:30am to 6:00pm
Total: 30 hours per week
Essential Criteria
* Previous administration experience within a UK school setting
* Previous management, supervisory or coordination experience
* Experience using Arbor is essential
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
* Good IT and data management skills
* A proactive, professional and solution-focused approach
* Strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
Please note: A Level 3 Childcare qualification is not required for this position.
Desirable Criteria
* Experience managing bookings, attendance systems or wraparound provision
* Previous experience working within a UK Primary School
* Experience processing childcare voucher schemes and parental payment systems
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
* First Aid qualification
