Weekend Telesales Team Leader
Salary: £16.00 - £17.00 per hour
Hours: 22 hours per week
Location: Part Office (Central Brighton) and Part Home
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Telesales Team Leader to manage a small inbound B2C sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys coaching and developing people whilst remaining actively involved in customer conversations and sales activity.
Working Hours
* Friday: Office-based, 9:00am - 5:00pm
* Saturday: Hybrid, 9:00am - 5:00pm
* Sunday: Hybrid, 10:00am - 4:00pm
The Role
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service and strong sales results. This is a hands-on leadership role, and you will be expected to support the team by taking customer calls and handling enquiries when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and support a small inbound telesales team
* Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets
* Provide coaching, guidance and ongoing development to team members
* Handle customer enquiries and sales calls as required
* Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained
* Assist with scheduling, performance management and reporting
* Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and team effectiveness
About You
* Previous telesales or contact centre leadership experience
* Strong sales and customer service skills
* Comfortable managing performance and coaching team members
* Confident handling customer calls and objections
* Organised, proactive and able to lead by example
* Positive attitude with a strong focus on achieving results
