Weekend Security Officer – Fast Food Venue

We are recruiting a Weekend Security Officer for Fast Food Venue in Swansea to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prevent and deal with trespassing

*

Monitor, identify, and reject anti-social behaviour

*

Maintain a visible security presence

*

Ensure the safety of customers, staff, and premises

*

Liaise with management when incidents arise

*

Provide a high level of customer service while enforcing site rules

Requirements:

*

Minimum 1 year experience working as a Security Officer in food chain restaurants, bars, or similar environments

*

SIA Door Supervisor Badge

*

First Aid Certificate

*

Right to work in Uk and 5 years employement history

*

Confident in dealing with challenging behaviour

*

Strong communication and conflict management skills
