This is a busy weekend role in a high-footfall automotive environment with a strong flow of pre-booked appointments and walk-in customers. You’ll be working with a large, well-prepared vehicle stock and earning commission on the same structure as full-time Sales Executives.

Weekends here are fast-paced, lead-heavy, and results-driven — ideal if you’re motivated by targets and earnings.

The role

Welcoming customers and delivering a solid showroom experience

Understanding customer needs and matching them to the right vehicle

Arranging and conducting test drives

*

Presenting finance, warranties, and add-on products

*

Managing the sales process from enquiry through to handover

*

Hitting and exceeding weekend sales targets

What we’re looking for

Face-to-face sales experience (automotive, retail, or similar)

*

Confident communicator who can close deals

*

Target-driven and motivated by commission

*

Professional, customer-focused approach

*

Strong attention to detail and team mindset

*

Full UK driving licence

*

FCA accreditation (training available if needed)
