Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor

Streamline are recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor to join a fast paced and well organised warehouse operation.

This is a hands on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment, leads by example, and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Checking outbound deliveries and products to ensure accuracy and timely dispatch

* Completing inbound and outbound paperwork accurately and on time

* Carrying out QC checks and completing required process control documentation

* Identifying and escalating quality, hygiene or damage issues to management

* Supporting wider warehouse operations as required

* Leading by example to promote a safe & productive working environment

To be Considered for this Role:

* Counterbalance & or Flexi licence desirable

* Experience operating warehouse equipment

* Strong understanding of warehouse H&S procedures

* Able to independently and within a small team

* Comfortable working at pace and prioritising workloads

* Willingness to undertake training & development opportunities
