The Role:
As Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure an efficient workflow
* Leading, guiding and supporting a small warehouse team
* Allocating tasks, monitoring performance and ensuring all duties are completed
* Managing goods-in and goods-out processes
* Supporting stock control, inventory checks and general organisation of the warehouse
* Ensuring all H&S procedures are followed and standards are maintained
* Assisting with picking, packing and general warehouse duties when required
* Communicating with other internal departments to keep operations running effectively
About You:
* Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
* Previous supervisory or team-leading experience
* Strong organisational skills with a hands-on and proactive approach
* Good communication and the ability to motivate others
* Reliable, committed and able to work well under pressure
