We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established distribution business that is continuing to grow and invest in its operation. They are now looking to appoint a Warehouse Team Leader to support daily performance on site and help drive standards across the shift.
This is not a desk-based management role. You’ll be on the floor, setting the pace, solving problems and keeping the team focused.
What you’ll be doing
• Supervising a small warehouse team on a daily basis
• Allocating workloads and monitoring output
• Ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time
• Keeping the warehouse organised, compliant and safe
• Supporting stock accuracy and inventory control
• Acting as the link between the warehouse team and senior management
You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your shift and make decisions when needed. It’s a role for someone confident, practical and steady under pressure.
What we’re looking for
• Experience leading a team within a warehouse or distribution setting
• Strong understanding of operational processes
• Someone who leads by example and is comfortable getting involved
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Flexible approach to working hours
