Location: Huntingdon
Salary: £27,000–£30,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, rotating shifts: 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm
We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy operation and lead a team of warehouse operatives.
Key responsibilities:
Supervise and support warehouse staff across goods in, picking, loading, recycling and dispatch.
Coordinate material flow to and from production.
Allocate daily workloads and ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality and stock control.
Train, coach and motivate team members.
Liaise with production and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Investigate and resolve operational issues and discrepancies.
Support continuous improvement and maintain a safe, organised warehouse.
About you:
Previous warehouse experience, ideally at supervisory/team leader level.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good understanding of stock control and warehouse systems.
Health & safety and manual handling knowledge.
Forklift licence (Counterbalance or Reach) desirable.
Reliable, proactive and hands-on, with the ability to work under pressure.
