Location: Northampton, Grange Park
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Shifts:

Tuesday to Thursday Shift: 10:00-18:00
Friday to Saturday shift: 14:00 - 22:00
Fixed Shift Pattern: Tuesday to SaturdayIMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE!

Omnia Resourcing are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy and fast-paced distribution centre in Grange Park, Northampton. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys leading teams and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Flexibility is a must.

Key Responsibilities as Warehouse Team Leader:

Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily targets.
Coordinate warehouse activities, ensuring efficient and accurate workflow.
Monitor productivity, performance, and quality standards.
Support and train team members to maintain consistent performance.
Communicate effectively with management and other departments.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures.Requirements as Warehouse Team Leader:

Previous experience in a warehouse team leader or supervisory role.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Positive, proactive, and hands-on attitude.
