Warehouse Supervisor (Nights)

Location: [W3 0RA - Acton]

5 days a week: Tuesday to Saturday (full time): 2am to 11am (1h Break)

We are a modern logistics company providing tailored transport and supply chain solutions for major clients across the UK. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in managing the daily warehouse activities — ensuring that all stock, vehicles, and routes are well-coordinated, and that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and organize all daily warehouse operations.

* Manage stock control, ensuring inventory accuracy and proper product storage.

* Oversee vehicle movements on site, coordinating with transport and operations teams.

* Coordinate the loading and departure of vans for delivery routes.

* Maintain control of crates and packaging materials, ensuring proper use and return.

* Assist with unloading pallets from trucks and loading vans for distribution.

* Monitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

* Prepare reports and documentation as required for stock, vehicle, and route management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Previous experience in warehouse supervision or logistics operations.

* Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.

* Experience with Excel and warehouse or stock control systems.

* Good understanding of vehicle coordination and route preparation.

* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

* Good communication and teamwork abilities.

* Ability to perform physical tasks when needed (loading/unloading).

Nice to Have (Optional):

* Experience with transport management systems or warehouse software.

* Knowledge of health & safety standards in warehouse environments.

* Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.

* Full Driving License
