Warehouse Supervisor

Our client, a freight forwarder is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in Stanford-le-Hope.

What You’ll Do:

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be required to perform the following as well as support the shift manager.

* Lead & motivate a team of around 7 warehouse operatives to hit targets with both accuracy and speed.

* Oversee all warehouse activities, from receiving & storage to picking, packing & dispatch.

* Keep inventory flawless with WMS & deliver regular performance reports.

* Champion health & safety and compliance to keep the workplace secure.

* Spot opportunities, solve problems, and make processes smoother & smarter.

* Drive team training, briefings, and performance reviews to boost skills & morale.

What We’re Looking For:

* A warehouse professional with at least 1-2 years’ experience in either a supervisory
or team leader role.

* Strong leader with excellent communication & team motivation skills.

* WMS knowledge with forklift certification and safe equipment operation.

* Detail-orientated multitasker who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

* Flexible, resilient, and safety-first with the ability to work rotating shifts & possibly overtime.

* A problem solver and proactive doer with a can-do attitude.
