SourceCo are looking for an experienced chilled warehouse supervisor for a well-established food manufacturing business based in Tewkesbury.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with warehouse leadership experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.

The Role:
As Chilled Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the chilled warehouse and yard, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality service.
Salary:
* £40,900 per annum (45 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise, motivate, train, and support warehouse and yard staff
* Ensure safe working practices and company procedures are followed
* Monitor chilled warehouse conditions and ensure products are stored correctly
* Work closely with production, maintenance, quality, and management teams to resolve issues
* Maintain accurate warehouse paperwork and records
* Complete daily stock checks and ensure correct stock rotation
* Ensure customer orders are accurate and dispatched to a high standard
* Maintain a clean, safe working environment
* Check vehicle refrigeration systems are operating correctly
* Support loading and unloading operations to maintain efficient turnaround times
* Provide cover during holidays, sickness, and busy periods
* Deputise for the Warehouse Manager when required
About You:
* Previous experience supervising or leading a warehouse team
* Strong communication and people management skills
* Ability to motivate and support team members
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Organised with the ability to work to deadlines
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns
Desirable:
* Forklift Truck (FLT) licence and experience (training available for the right candidate)
* Experience within chilled, food, FMCG, or temperature-controlled environments
