Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Runcorn
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12pm–8pm
Contract: Temp to Perm
Salary: £31,283 per annum
Our client, a well-established distribution company based in Runcorn, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure an efficient and safe working environment
Supervise and support warehouse operatives, including training and development
Manage goods in/out processes and ensure accurate documentation
Maintain high standards of health and safety and general housekeeping
Monitor stock levels and support inventory control
Work closely with management to drive continuous improvement
About You:
Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good understanding of warehouse procedures and health & safety standards
Organised, reliable, and confident in decision-making
Own transport required due to the location
