We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Bradford. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering stability and long-term progression for the right candidate.
The Role:
You will be responsible for supervising a small warehouse team, ensuring daily targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising and motivating a small team of production operatives
* Ensuring production targets and deadlines are achieved
* Monitoring quality standards and addressing any issues promptly
* Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
* Supporting training and onboarding of new staff
* Reporting production performance to management
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role
* Strong people management and communication skills
* Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example
* Good understanding of health & safety in a production environment
* Reliable, organised, and proactive
