We are currently recruiting for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support a busy e-commerce operation during a peak period. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate a small team of warehouse operatives
* Oversee picking, packing, and dispatch operations to meet daily targets
* Ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time
* Monitor workflow and allocate tasks effectively across the team
* Maintain health & safety standards and ensure compliance at all times
* Support training of staff
* Liaise with management to report on performance, issues, and improvements
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
* Experience within an e-commerce or high-volume environment is highly desirable
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Good communication skills and a team-focused approach
