All Square Recruitment are recruiting Warehouse Picker Packers to join a busy distribution team in Wickford. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for applicants who successfully pass a 3 month probationary period.
Warehouse Picker Packer – Responsibilities
* Accurately pick items from stock based on picking lists.
* Ensure correct quantities and product codes are selected.
* Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
* Work in a team to collectively achieve targets
* Report to the Warehouse Supervisor with any product defects
Experience required for the role
* Previous experience in a warehouse picking and packing role
* Strong attention to detail & accuracy
* Good communication & teamwork skills
* Reliable, with excellent timekeeping & a positive attitude.
