💷 Pay: £12.71 per hour

✔️ Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative or similar role

⏰ Hours:
⏰ Between 8:00am – 6:00pm (initially 9:00am – 5:00pm, with flexibility required for earlier starts and later finishes)

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our client’s growing team in Normanton. This Warehouse Operative role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and keeping operations running smoothly. As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring goods move efficiently through the warehouse while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
Carrying out quality checks on goods in and out
Accurately updating stock using warehouse systems
Storing goods correctly and safely
Supporting stock takes and maintaining inventory accuracy
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily targets

⭐ Optional Skills (Nice to Have):

Previous experience in a similar Warehouse Operative role
Familiarity with warehouse systems or stock control processes
Strong communication skills
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
