We are currently recruiting a dependable and proactive Warehouse Operative / Line Walker to join our client’s operation based in Gaydon.
Location: Gaydon
Pay Rate: £12.52 per hour
Overtime Rate: £18.78 per hour
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 06:15 – 15:15
Friday: 06:15 – 11:15Key Responsibilities:
Performing line walking duties alongside general warehouse tasks
Picking, packing, and accurately handling stock
Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment
Ensuring orders are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Communicating daily operational requirements clearly with the client
Working collaboratively with the team to meet targets and resolve issues promptly
Occasionally operating a tow motor to move materials and support production flowCandidate Requirements:
Previous warehouse or production experience (essential)
Basic computer literacy
Good spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate directly with the client
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
