Job Role: Warehouse Operative – Night Shift
Location: Pontyclun
Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday 00.30am – 8am
Pay Rate: £15.02
About the Role:
Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking for a night-shift role in a fast-paced environment? We’re currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Parcel Sorters to join our growing team in Pontyclun.
Key Responsibilities:
Sorting parcels by size, destination, and route
Loading and unloading vehicles safely
Moving stock around the warehouse
Scanning, labelling, and processing parcels
Maintaining a clean and safe working area
Working efficiently to meet nightly targets
Essential Competencies & Skills:
Good attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Comfortable with manual handling (lifting parcels)
Previous warehouse experience is a bonus but not essential
