Shifts
The main purpose of a Warehouse Operative role is:
* Support the flow of pallets and totes through the automated warehouse
* Ensuring that all goods that are loaded or unloaded onto the automation system match the relevant paperwork
* Moving and handling items and totes on conveyor systems
* Using basic hand tools
* Supporting the continuous flow of the conveyors and warehouse flow
* Taking ownership of a particular area within the automated warehouse
Warehouse Flow Operative
* To have experience working in a warehouse site automated environment is desirable, nevertheless not essential
* To be computer literate
* The ability to work effectively under limited supervision
* Ability to work in a fast-paced automated warehouse environment
* Continuous Development
