Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to work with one of our established clients based in the High Wycombe area.

This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse environment, primarily focused on picking, packing, and general warehouse duties. The successful candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will live locally to High Wycombe or have their own transport to ensure reliable travel to and from the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing orders accurately to customer requirements

Ensuring goods are packaged safely and correctly to prevent damage

Loading and unloading goods from lorries and containers

Carrying out general warehouse duties as required

Maintaining high standards of housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe working environment

Following all health & safety procedures at all times

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is desirable but not essential

Good attention to detail when picking and packing orders

Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties

Reliable, punctual, and flexible with duties

Able to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
