Warehouse Operative (Reach Truck Licence Required)
Temp to Perm Opportunity
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid Reach Truck licence to join their warehouse team in the New Year.
This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity, with the intention that the successful candidate will initially be employed via the agency, with a view to being offered a permanent position after approximately 12 weeks, subject to performance and suitability.
Role Details:
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
* Location: Burton-on-Trent area (candidates must have own transport due to location)
Key Responsibilities:
* Picking and packing orders
* Goods in and goods out
* Operating a reach truck
* General warehouse duties as required
* Adhering to health & safety procedures
Candidate Requirements:
* Valid Reach Truck licence (essential)
* Previous warehouse experience
* Computer literate, with experience using Outlook and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling
* Comfortable standing for long periods
* Reliable and committed to a long-term opportunity
* Own transport is essential due to site location
