Path2 are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to work as Production Operatives at our clients' design and manufacturing hub based in Darlington.
Production Operative Duties:
Operate manual and automated production equipment safely and efficiently.
Adhere to all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, identifying and reporting hazards.
Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with standard work processes.
Maintain production goals while ensuring high-quality output.
Work collaboratively with peers and support teams to identify and address equipment issues.
Engage in continuous learning and participate in HSE and skills development training.
Keep work areas clean and organized, performing routine housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
Support process improvements related to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Shifts:
Working 37.5 hours per week, 3 shift pattern rotation:
Nights: Sunday to Thursday 10.00pm - 6.00am
Days: Monday to Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm
Backs: Monday to Thursday 2.00pm - 10.00pm and Friday 6.00am - 7.10pm
