Position: Warehouse Operative - Catering
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £24,000 PER ANNUM
Our client is a renowned organisation, that are committed to delivering exceptional services to major corporates, global sporting events, international artists, festivals, and film and TV production companies.
Normal working hours are 9am - 5pm
The Role:
As a Warehouse Operative - Catering, you will work within the Catering Department dealing with both internal and external clients to ensure the seamless operation of catering services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conducting PAT testing on catering equipment
* Cleaning and maintaining equipment
* Ensuring all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to, including keeping fire exits clear
* Reporting any defects or repairs needed to the stores and logistics manager
* Assisting with loading and unloading equipment onto trucks
* Maintaining "flight cases" (large, wheeled boxes) and reporting any faults
* Driving company vehicles for deliveries and collections as required
* General housekeeping throughout the day
* Performing any other reasonable related duties as required
About You:
Applicants should have excellent organisational skills and experience working in a warehouse or catering environment. You will need to be proficient in basic maintenance tasks and demonstrate a proactive and diligent approach to your work.
Required:
* Valid Driving Licence (desirable due to location and responsibilities)
* Food Hygiene Level 2 (desirable)
* PAT testing experience preferred but training will be provided
* Forklift driving experience preferred but training will be provided
