Warehouse Operative

Key Responsibilities

Picking, packing, and preparing food products for dispatch

*

Loading and unloading deliveries

*

Operating pallet trucks or warehouse equipment (where trained)

*

Checking goods for quality, quantity, and damage

*

Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures

*

Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with standards

*

Supporting production teams as required

Requirements

*

Previous warehouse experience preferred (food environment an advantage)

*

Good attention to detail and accuracy

*

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

*

Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks

*

Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

*

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime if required
