About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Castle Donnington. This is a Monday-to-Friday position, with shifts starting at 7:00am and typically finishing around 4:30pm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently and that customer orders are prepared accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Receiving, checking and storing incoming stock
* Moving goods around the warehouse safely
* Preparing orders for dispatch
* Labelling and organising stock
* Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
* Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
* Carrying out other general warehouse duties as required
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Reliable, punctual and hardworking
* Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
* Able to work efficiently and accurately
* A good team player with a positive attitude
* Able to follow instructions and company procedures
* Flexible and willing to support colleagues when required
* Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but full training can be provided

Start: 7:00am
Finish: Usually around 4:30pm
