About the Role
We are a manufacturing company based in Bicester looking to recruit a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / Manufacturing Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, combining warehouse duties with basic manufacturing and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of parts
* Carry out picking, packing, and general warehouse duties
* Support with goods-in and goods-out processes
* Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping
* Ensure products are handled and processed accurately
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets
About You
* Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Basic computer skills for simple admin tasks
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
