Warehouse Operative – Colchester

Are you reliable, hard-working, and ready to get stuck in? We’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our Clients busy distribution centre in Colchester.
About the Role
You’ll play a key part in the smooth running of our operation, helping to ensure goods are received, picked, and dispatched accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role that involves:

Handballing (manual loading/unloading of containers and vehicles)

Picking and packing orders
*
Heavy lifting and moving stock safely
*
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
*
Working as part of a friendly, fast-paced team
What We’re Looking For
*
Previous warehouse or distribution experience is an advantage but not essential – full training provided
*
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items safely
*
A great team player with a positive, can-do attitude
*
Reliable and punctual
