P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a stores-person to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receipt & dispatch of goods in the warehouse (Including some driving & FLT driving)
* Coordinate and carry out office tasks including: checking stock levels, booking in goods and shipping orders.
* Maintain a clean and safe workspace and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
* Other tasks as directed by supervisor or Manager
Person Specification:
* 3 years previous experience in a warehouse, storeman, or similar role is preferred.
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Valid forklift license with proven experience operating forklifts safely.
* Full UK driving license with a clean driving record (for van driving).
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
* Comfortable with standing, bending, and manual handling tasks throughout the day.
Working Hours & Benefits:
* Monday – Friday
* Full-time
* 25 days holiday per year (Jan-Dec)
