We are actively recruiting a number of reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our clients team in Chelmsford. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a busy, supportive warehouse environment.
Main Duties:
* General warehouse duties including stacking, palletising, and organising stock
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Following health and safety guidelines at all times
* Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
Requirements:
* Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
* Physically fit and able to lift/move stock when required
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Reliable, punctual, and with a positive “can-do” attitude
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
