Location: Bardon Hill, Coalville (LE67)

Pay Rate: £12.21 – £13.35 per hour

Shifts: 06:00–18:00 | 18:00–06:00 | 4 ON / 4 OFF

Job Type: Temporary (potential to go permanent after 3-month probation)

Vital People are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehousing company near Bardon Hill.

This physically demanding role is ideal for candidates who are fit, attentive to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Infeed: Removing waste from trays before loading them into machines

* Outfeed: Stacking washed trays and placing them back on pallets

* Perform repetitive warehouse tasks safely and efficiently

* Work independently or as part of a team, maintaining high standards

Requirements:

* Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects

* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
