We are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced warehousing operation working within the container industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for regular Monday to Friday day work, with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
The successful candidates will be working as part of a warehouse team, carrying out the loading and unloading of stock from containers, moving goods safely around the warehouse and assisting with the general day-to-day operation.
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, your main responsibilities will include:

Loading and unloading stock from containers
*
Manually handling and moving goods within the warehouse
*
Loading and preparing stock for dispatch
*
Unloading incoming deliveries and containers
*
Checking goods as they are received and dispatched
*
Moving stock to the correct storage locations
*
Keeping stock organised and ensuring the warehouse remains tidy
*
Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
*
Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines
*
Following all company health and safety procedures
*
Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure the operation runs smoothly
*
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
