Warehouse Operative

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
A well-established, forward-thinking company based in Brownhills is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role within a growing and supportive business.
The Role
As part of the warehouse team, you will play a key role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently using modern systems and technology.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick orders using a state-of-the-art picking system
*
Use in-house warehouse management systems to track stock and process orders
*
Receive and inspect deliveries, ensuring accuracy and product quality
*
Pick, pack and prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring correct packaging and labelling
*
Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
About You:
*
Previous warehouse experience is preferred
*
Experience using warehouse management systems would be advantageous
*
Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes is beneficial

Clear communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Confident using computers for data entry and stock control
