£12.71 per hour | Monday to Friday | 6am–2pm | Ongoing Work
The Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our client's busy warehouse team.
Looking for ongoing work with a consistent weekday shift and a great working environment? This could be the perfect opportunity for you!
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, carrying out re-work on a variety of household and seasonal products to ensure stock is prepared to the required standard and ready for dispatch.
You'll work across different projects, so no two days need to be the same! Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out re-work tasks on household and seasonal products.
Prepare and process stock to meet project requirements and quality standards.
Check products to ensure they meet the required standards.
Move between different warehouse projects and tasks throughout the day.
Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
Follow company procedures and health and safety guidelines.
Carry out manual handling and physical tasks as required.

We're looking for candidates who are reliable, motivated and happy to get involved in a variety of warehouse tasks.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
The ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Flexibility to work across different projects throughout the day.
Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Strong teamwork skills.
Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
The ability to undertake manual handling and physical tasks as required.
Previous warehouse or re-work experience is an advantage but not essential.
