Our client based in N11 is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operations Support to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis, with strong potential for permanent employment. This role offers a varied mix of warehouse, operational, and customer service duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Unloading trailers and sorting parcels into delivery routes
Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and operational readiness
Supporting drivers and monitoring delivery activity through internal systems
Handling customer queries and complaints professionally
Reviewing delivery compliance and updating spreadsheets
Assisting with daily operational flow to ensure efficiencyIdeal Candidate:
Warehouse, administration, or customer service experience
Team Leader or supervisory experience beneficial
Strong communication and organisational skills
Good IT and spreadsheet knowledge
Proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented
