Are you an organised, hands-on Warehouse Manager looking for a varied role with genuine opportunities to develop new skills?

We’re recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to join a growing flooring business. This is far more than a traditional warehouse role, offering a fantastic mix of warehouse management, stock control, deliveries, customer interaction and hands-on site work.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing incoming deliveries and checking materials for quality, quantity and accuracy.

* Maintaining stock levels and updating stock records.

* Monitoring upcoming installation schedules and ensuring materials are ready.

* Liaising with suppliers and chasing outstanding deliveries.

* Preparing materials and picking lists for installation teams.

* Delivering flooring materials to customers when required.

* Supporting installation teams on larger projects.

* Assisting with floor preparation, screeding, floor uplifts and manual handling.

* Completing smaller flooring installations independently once trained.

* Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse.

* Carrying out collections, waste management and other general duties.

* Managing your own workload to ensure deadlines are met.

Full Training Provided

You do not need previous flooring experience for this position.

Full training will be provided in:

* Subfloor preparation

* Screed application

* LVT installation

* Click SPC flooring

* Laminate flooring

* Engineered and solid wood flooring

* Parquet flooring

This is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable trade and installation skills while building a long-term career within a growing business.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

* A full UK driving licence.

* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Good communication and customer service skills.

* Basic computer skills.

* A reliable and proactive approach to work.

* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* The physical ability to undertake manual handling.

Previous warehouse, flooring, construction or building supplies experience would be advantageous, although full training is available
