We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a water treatment plant or liquid-product manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will manage all warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient handling, storage, and movement of liquid raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods while maintaining strict quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Duties

* Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfilment.

* Supervise warehouse staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of productivity and safety.

* Manage transportation systems and coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimise delivery schedules and costs.

* Utilise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems such as AS400, and transportation management systems to monitor stock levels, process orders, and generate reports.

* Implement process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce waste.

* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.

* Manage forklift operations safely and efficiently, ensuring all operators are properly trained.

* Analyse profit & loss statements related to warehouse activities to identify cost-saving opportunities.

* Coordinate shipping & receiving activities to meet delivery deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

* Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems and other relevant software tools.

Requirements

* Proven supervising experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.

* Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and transportation processes.

* Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems (notably AS400), and process improvement methodologies.

* Knowledge of 3PL providers and transportation management systems.

* Proficiency in shipping & receiving procedures and forklift operation certification.

* Demonstrated ability in managing profit & loss accounts related to warehouse functions.

* Excellent organisational skills with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives.

* Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and compliance requirements.

* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and drive operational excellence. This role is ideal for a proactive professional eager to lead a high-performing warehouse team while implementing innovative solutions that optimise efficiency across the supply chain
