NXA are delighted to be partnering with an independent retailer looking to make a key hire of a Warehouse Manager to lead their operational launch/growth into ecommerce.
The successful candidate will be well versed in operational ecommerce warehousing with a particular skillset around layout and process flow design
What You’ll Be Doing
* Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations in a team of 30
* Managing stock control and system accuracy
* Handling inbound/outbound logistics and space management
* Leading and supporting warehouse, production and QC teams across the business
* Working closely with logistics partners and customers
* Working closely with senior leadership across the business on process improvement
* Making sure health & safety standards are met consistently
About You
* Experienced warehouse manager and confident team leader
* Understanding of ecommerce warehousing operations
* Highly organised, detail-focused and good with systems
* Comfortable juggling priorities in a busy environment and utilising team specialities
