Maintain exceptional stock accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers, couriers and internal teams

Optimise warehouse layout, workflows and storage to maximise efficiency and throughput

Ensure all products are handled, stored and transported safely and compliantly

⚠️ Safety, Compliance & Hazardous Goods

Champion a strong safety culture and ensure full UK regulatory compliance

Oversee the safe storage and handling of regulated and hazardous goods

Ensure all staff are trained, competent and working safely at all times

👥 Leadership & Team Performance

Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing warehouse team

Set clear expectations and proactively manage performance

Build a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement

Plan staffing levels, shift patterns and workflows to meet business demand

⚙️ Systems, Processes & Continuous Improvement

Use WMS and operational systems to drive accuracy and efficiency

Identify gaps and implement process improvements quickly

Support operational change projects and warehouse upgrades

Keep SOPs current, relevant and consistently followed

What We're Looking For

You'll bring:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Senior Supervisor in a fast-paced environment

Experience working with regulated good would be advantageous

Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and UK compliance requirements

Confidence using WMS, inventory systems and operational software

Excellent leadership skills - able to motivate, coach and hold teams accountable

Strong organisation, problem-solving and decision-making ability

A mindset focused on improvement, ownership and delivery
