Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping.
* Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to meet performance, safety, and productivity goals.
* Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts or audits.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
* Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.

Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a Warehouse Managers position
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Solid understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and best practices.
