Are you an organised administrator looking for a long-term opportunity in a busy warehouse environment?

Our client is looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a long-term Warehouse Administrator opportunity expected to last for at least 12 months, with the potential for a permanent position in the future.

What will you be doing as a Warehouse Administrator?

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse administration function.

Your duties will include:

Processing day-to-day orders
Managing stock and inventory checks
Maintaining accurate stock records
Responding to customer queries
Completing general administration and data entry
Using Oracle to update and manage information
Using Excel for data entry, formatting and exporting spreadsheets
Carrying out occasional stock checks on the warehouse floor
Supporting the wider warehouse team with administration
Following company processes and health & safety procedures
The role is primarily office and computer-based, with occasional time spent on the warehouse floor. PPE must be worn when entering the warehouse/shop floor.
Full training will be provided on Oracle, so previous Oracle experience is not essential

You may have experience as a:
Warehouse Administrator | Warehouse Assistant | Stock Administrator | Inventory Administrator | Logistics Administrator | Stores Administrator | Operations Administrator | Administrator

We would particularly like to hear from you if you have:

Previous administration experience
Strong attention to detail
Accurate data entry skills
Basic Excel knowledge
Good IT and computer skills
Experience with stock, inventory or order processing
Strong organisational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
The ability to follow processes accurately
A willingness to work in a warehouse environment
The ability to follow PPE and health & safety requirements
Previous warehouse administration, stock control or logistics experience would be advantageous, but candidates with strong general administration experience will also be considered
What will you get in return for your work as a Warehouse Administrator?

Long-term temporary contract - minimum 12 months
Potential opportunity for a permanent position
10:00am-6:00pm, Monday to Friday (subject to final confirmation)
Hourly rate to be confirmed
Full training provided on Oracle
Opportunity to gain further experience in warehouse administration, stock control, inventory and logistics
A varied role combining office-based administration with warehouse activity
