A proactive and well‑organised Warehouse Administrator is required to support daily operations within a busy logistics environment. This position suits someone with strong attention to detail, confident communication skills, and experience working in a fast‑paced warehouse or transport setting. Familiarity with parcel networks or large logistics operations is an advantage, i.e DHL, Royal mail, Amazon etc.
Key Responsibilities
Processing and maintaining warehouse documentation
Managing paperwork for inbound and outbound goods
Completing data entry and updating internal systems
Supporting warehouse teams with administrative and labelling tasks
Liaising with drivers, warehouse staff, and management
Ensuring stock records and movement logs are accurate
Handling enquiries via phone and email
Keeping the admin area tidy and organised
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in warehouse administration (preferred)
Background in parcel or logistics operations (beneficial)
Strong IT skills, including Excel, email platforms, and warehouse systems
